Who we are

Petaldawn Games is an independent video game studio operated by a solo developer, and petaldawn.com is the studio’s main company website. Petalfall Games is Petaldawn Games’ dedicated games hub at petalfall.games, where visitors can find information about current and upcoming games, including news, media, and links to store pages. Both websites are operated by Petaldawn Games.

What we collect

Petalfall Games does not host its own contact form. If you use the contact form on the Petaldawn Games website, we collect the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, and message. We do not ask you to create an account.

Why we use your information

We use your contact details only to read and respond to your message. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How your message is processed

The contact form is hosted on the Petaldawn Games website. Submissions are handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function, protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered to our contact inbox using Google Apps Script and Google Workspace. Cloudflare and Google process the submitted information and technical security signals needed to deliver the message and prevent abuse. How long we keep information

We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable record-keeping. If you would like us to delete a message you sent, please ask using the contact form or the same email thread we used to reply to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us through the contact form on Petaldawn Games. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and analytics

This website is largely static. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse; we use it only to secure the contact form. If our use of analytics or cookies changes, we will update this policy.

Our site may link to external services (for example Steam, Discord, or social media). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
